Here go! After two weeks, the english version of “Holy Terroir” is born. It’s not gonna be the exact translation of what I’ve written in French but you’ll be able here to find some interesting voice recording about the people I meet on the way from the english speaking world…Specially about this journey in North America.
I arrived in Toronto two days ago and I’m getting prepared to take the road thanks to my friend Lena from Toronto who already found me a car suitable for this journey across North America. For 5 months, I’ll be visiting farms and vineyards in Canada and the US using bio-dynamic principles. And in New-York I’ll meet wine importers, wine merchants, and restaurants specialised in natural wine using these principles .
